Welcome to A Farm on a Hill.

We're a family building more than a flower farm.

We're building a life rooted in hope, hard work, and the belief that beautiful things can still grow, even after life changes in ways you never expected.

Nestled beneath the redwoods in La Honda, California, our hill has been part of our family's story for generations. It's where I grew up, where my parents taught me to work with my hands, and where I eventually found my way back when I needed to begin again.

I came home with three young children and a heart that needed rebuilding.

So I started planting flowers.

What I didn't expect was that the garden would begin rebuilding me, too.

Every season reminded me that growth can't be rushed. Some years are for blooming. Others are for putting down roots. But every season has something to teach us if we're willing to keep showing up.

Today, our farm is truly a family effort.

My dad, Don, brings more than 40 years of landscaping knowledge and a lifetime of experience creating beautiful outdoor spaces. My mom, Julie, is the quiet heartbeat of the gardens, faithfully tending them day after day. My children are learning that good things take patience, muddy boots, and time.

Together, we're creating a place where flowers, gardens, and family remind us of something bigger:
